Landscaping Crew Member
We seek a dedicated and experienced landscaping professionals to join our rapidly growing Staffordshire-based garden landscaping company. As a crew member, you will assist with various landscaping projects. The ideal candidate should have strong physical endurance, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in various weather conditions. Previous landscaping experience is preferred.
The role includes:
Working with our site manager to create and transform domestic gardens.
Providing excellent customer service across all projects.
Being a great team player.

You must have extensive experience in hard landscaping - this is 100% essential for applying to this role. Candidates must have (not necessarily all) the following competencies:
- Working from landscape designs and operating laser levels
- Use of tools and machinery, including excavators
- Setting out levels
- Ground preparation
- Sub-base and framework preparation
- Laying patios - Sandstone, Limestone, Porcelain
- Installing decking - Primarily composite
- Fencing - All types
- Woodwork - Building pergolas, sleeper walls and raised beds
- Turfing
- Drainage
- Planting
